We offer weekly classes for every child of all levels, abilities and ages from 4 years to 17 years old.
With decades of coaching experience, our expert Head Coach has bespoke built a range of classes to inspire children to have fun whilst being active. Fully supported by her team of fully qualified gymnastic coaches.
All of our beginners classes are designed for children of all ages and abilities. You do not need to have gymnastics experience to join our club and we welcome all children including those with special requirements with the dual objectives of progression and fun in equal measure.
All of our beginners are coached and developed to reach the next stage that unlocks more moves and builds on their already existing confidence in the sport of Gymnastics. If your child is already competent in gymnastics then we are able to take them on in our intermediate classes.
We make Joining Jays Gymnastics for children exciting and we guarantee your budding gymnast will absolutely love their first trial. In fact we're so confident that you and your child will love their first lesson so much, we offer it completely free of charge. This ensures you both have confidence in joining us as a new club.
Gymnastics is a great foundation for almost every other sport or activity as it teaches children how to move, roll, jump, swing and turn upside down. Gymnastics is an exciting activity and sport for its unique contribution to general fitness, coordination, agility, strength, balance and speed.
Joining our gymnastic classes will also teach children how to interact with each other while learning new skills.
We welcome boys and girls of all abilities, even those who have never been to a gymnastic class before.
